Assign Players

Players from Antidote#

If during the project creation you decided to reach players from Antidote, then you are good to go. At this point, our team is already verifying the playtest and managing the assignation of players for you.

Players from your Community#

If otherwise you wish to reach your own community of players, you will be able to start assigning them once the project is created and the status is set to Open.

Assign new players#

To assign new players follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Projects section and select the created project.
  2. On the left menu, select the option Players.
  3. Click on the top left button Add More Players
  4. Select the desired players from the list
  5. Click on Add Selected Players
  6. Select the type of notification you wish to send.
  7. Click Send.

You can use the filter to narrow down the list of players.

Remove assigned players#

To remove players already assigned to a project:

  1. Go to the Projects section and select the created project.
  2. On the left menu, select the option Players
  3. Select the desired players from the list.
  4. Scroll down and click Remove Selected.
